HDG future project is starting in January 2018 in Yousef Abad area of Tehran on a 550 square meters site with more than 5000 square meters of floor plan. The project includes a 6 story office complex, entry level commercial space and a 5 story underground parking.
Project description
The project is designed by highly renowned architectural firm in Iran with a minimalist design of interior and office space in mind. The common facilities include Roof Garden, Cafeteria, Prayer Room and high ceiling lobby. The project will be constructed in 24 months, ready for opening in Jan 2020.
